Standard SAFe for Teams content, taught the Cornerstone way: less lecture, more practice, and every exercise pointed at the train you actually work on.
- Know your role on the Agile Release Train — and how your team's work connects to every other team's.
- Plan iterations with your team, then execute them: build the backlog, write and estimate stories, deliver value every iteration.
- Prepare for and participate in PI Planning, the event where the whole train aligns on what happens next.
- Improve continuously — through iteration retrospectives and the Inspect & Adapt, so the train gets faster every Planning Interval.
