The Blueprint.
Our named six-step methodology. The cornerstone of every engagement.
Nobody builds without drawings. Why transform without them?
Most transformations fail the way a building would if the crew skipped straight to pouring concrete: plenty of enthusiasm, plenty of activity, no load-bearing plan. The Blueprint is our answer — a named six-step methodology that takes your organization from "why are we doing this?" to a structure that holds its own weight long after we've packed up.
Our mission is built on the Cornerstone of Excellence. The Blueprint is where that stone gets set — the sequence underneath every service we offer, every engagement we run, and the TTCU transformation your board has probably already heard about.
Six steps. Laid in order. Load-bearing by design.
Challenge, Discover, Blueprint, Transform, Learn, Sustain. Each step sets the stone for the next — skip one, and the structure tells on you later.
Challenge
Start by answering the question: "Why do we want to transform?"
What you receive: a written transformation charter — your "why," agreed and signed by the leaders who will carry it.
Typical duration: 2–4 weeks.
Discover
Evaluate your organization's readiness for change.
What you receive: a readiness assessment across leadership, teams, and tooling — where the ground is solid, and where it isn't yet.
Typical duration: 2–4 weeks.
Blueprint
Create a sustainable blueprint for your transformation success.
What you receive: your transformation blueprint — the sequence, roles, and measures for the whole build, drawn to your organization's dimensions.
Typical duration: 2–4 weeks.
Transform
Experience iterative, incremental delivery of transformation value.
What you receive: working change, delivered in increments — new ways of working live in the business, with results you can measure.
Typical duration: quarterly increments.
Learn
Reflect & Adjust by understanding: "What have we learned?"
What you receive: a reviewed and adjusted blueprint — what held, what didn't, and what changes in the next increment.
Typical duration: quarterly increments, alongside Transform.
Sustain
Establish and support a sustainable pace for your transformation.
What you receive: internal capability — the coaches, leaders, and cadence to keep the pace without us in the building.
Typical duration: ongoing.
Durations shown are typical, not promised. Every engagement is scoped to your organization — a 90-day challenge and an enterprise-wide transformation walk the same six steps at very different paces.
Same blueprint. Any square footage.
The steps never change. The scope does — from one team proving the concept to an entire enterprise changing how it works.
Start small.
The 90 Day Transformation Challenge runs the front of the Blueprint at sprint speed — Challenge, Discover, and a first taste of Transform — so you can see the methodology working on your own ground before committing the whole build.

Transformation Acceleration is the Blueprint at full scale: end-to-end delivery across your people, processes, and tools, with the whole six-step sequence running until Sustain means exactly that.

TTCU Federal Credit Union ran its transformation on the Blueprint. The measurements came back better than the drawings.
TTCU — founded 1934, 153,000+ members, $2.6 billion in assets, one of Oklahoma's largest financial institutions — began its transformation in late 2024 under a new CEO, with a vision worth building toward: $10 billion within a decade. The engagement ran on SAFe and our six-pillar Agile Execution Model, with co-founder Parker Stephenson as Lead Agile Coach and member centricity as true north.
Twelve months later, value delivery predictability had climbed from 60% to 100%, planning confidence had risen 25%, and every TTCU employee had completed the Agile&Me foundational workshop. TTCU's President & CEO and executive team put their names — and their words — in the white paper.
They are expert Agilists who can help you navigate through the murkiest Agile transformations.
